Approximate calculation for bottle-fed babies. It does not replace pediatric advice.
This tool is approximate. With breastfeeding, exact millilitres often do not make sense; weight gain, baby behaviour and wet diapers matter most.

History
Growth
Record weight, length and head circumference. The app does not calculate medical percentiles, but it creates a clear trend overview for parents or a pediatrician.
Percentile helper
Exact percentiles depend on sex, age in days and official growth tables. Treat this section as a place to record measurements and watch trends.
Doctors and checkups
Record pediatrician visits, vaccinations, orthopedics or other checkups. Reminders work best through Apple/Google Calendar via .ics export.
All checkups
Backup and sharing
Sharing is not configured yet. The app works locally.
JSON export is the safest backup. PDF/print prepares an overview for your pediatrician.
Local PIN lock
The user sets a password or PIN only on this device. It is a simple app lock, not a full server account.
Advanced sharing between parents
Use this only if you want synchronization between two devices.
Both parents must use the same configuration and family code. Data then syncs through your Firebase project.
Installation guide
iPhone: open the website in Safari -> Share -> Add to Home Screen.
Android: open the website in Chrome -> menu -> Add to Home Screen / Install app.
The app works offline after the first load. Data is stored locally on the device.
Danger zone
Deleting is permanent. Export JSON first.
β Detailed help
The help section explains the basic app logic. The data is for parental overview only and does not replace pediatric advice.
Safe holding, carrying and positioning
This quick guide helps with everyday handling of a baby. If there are health issues, pain, breathing problems or uncertainty, follow pediatric advice.
1
How to lift a baby
Always support the head and neck with one hand.
Support the bottom or back with the other hand.
Lift the whole body together, slowly and calmly.
2
How to put baby down
First bring the baby close to the mat or crib.
Keep supporting the head and back.
Release your hands only when the baby is safely lying down.
3
Burping
On the shoulder: baby chest against you, head supported.
Sitting: baby on your lap, support the chest and chin with your hand.
Gently pat or stroke the back.
4
Carrying positions
On the chest: calming and helps keep airways clear.
Football hold: useful after feeding or when baby spits up.
Always support the head, neck and chest.
5
Safe turning
Turn head and pelvis together, never sharply.
Back to side, side to tummy, tummy to back: always smoothly.
Do not pull the baby by the arms.
π€οΈ
Tummy time
Start briefly, for example 2 to 3 minutes several times a day.
The baby must be awake and supervised.
It supports neck, back and motor development.
OK
Do
Support the head and neck.
Keep the body aligned.
Move slowly and smoothly.
Watch the baby's signals.
NO
Do not
Do not lift the baby by the arms.
Do not shake the baby.
Do not leave the baby unattended.
Do not press on the neck or chest.
Night mode
The Night button dims the screen and softens contrast. It helps during night feeding or sleep logging.
Quick daily mode
On the home screen, use start/end buttons. Sleep, feeding, breastfeeding and bath can run independently, so one record does not block another.
For sleep, press start when putting baby to sleep and end after waking.
For feeding, ending opens amount or note entry.
Pee and poop are saved with one tap.
Manual correction
If you forget to start something, use manual entry. It is useful for backfilling sleep, feeding, bath, growth or checkups.
Statistics and history
Statistics summarize recent days and history shows records by date. For doctor visits, backup can print or save a PDF report.
Milk calculator
The milk calculator is only an approximate tool based on weight and number of feeds. For breastfeeding or health questions, follow your pediatrician, weight gain and baby's overall condition.
Backup and sharing
Without sharing, data is stored locally on the device. JSON export is a backup. Parent-to-parent sync requires Firebase configuration and the same family code.
Install on phone
iPhone: open in Safari, use Share and Add to Home Screen.
Android: open in Chrome, menu and Add to Home Screen or Install app.
After the first load, the app can also work offline.
